Father Michael P. Orsi currently hosts A Conversation with Father Orsi, which airs on Sundays at 5:30 AM on WZVN - ABC 7 and again at 11:30 AM on WBBH - NBC 2. Father Orsi was ordained for the Diocese of Camden in 1976, and has a broad background in teaching and educational administration. He has authored or co-authored four books and over 400 articles in more than 45 journals, magazines and newspapers. He is semi-retired although he continues to provide the Sacraments to those in need. Father Orsi has served as Assistant Chancellor, Assistant Vicar for Pastoral Services, Director of Family Life Bureau, and Coordinator of Pope John Paul II's visit to New Jersey for the Diocese of Camden. Formerly the Chaplain and Research Fellow in Law & Religion at Ave Maria Law School in Naples, Florida, Father Orsi holds a Doctorate in Education from Fordham University, two Masters degrees in Theology from Saint Charles Seminary, and a BA from Cathedral College. In addition to his myriad pastoral responsibilities, Father Orsi serves on the Board of Directors for St. Matthew's House and the advisory board of Sunlight Home and is Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of Action for Life.
